Pixies, also known as faeries, sprites, etc, have more occupations than usually told. They can be doctors, engineers, scientists- any career that is available on Earth is equally required on their planet. However, the one most envied job of all the fairy land is the job of a wish-caster. Being a wish-caster is a laborious job to start, but the pay and the hours are excellent. There is no job that has better benefits and pay. Any fairy parent who thinks their child is worth half their dust will send their child to a secondary education school that focuses on the art and etiquette of being a wish-caster. Few realize how competitive their world is, and how much pressure there is to excel. It's a dream job, but where young fairies end up with it depends on their skill.
